Jurnal Informasi, Perpajakan, Akuntansi, dan Keuangan Publik (JIPAK) was first published in 2006 with Dr Susi Dwimulyani MM as chief in Editor and Wibowo, SE, Ak, MM as Managing Editor. S Since the publication of Volume 10 No.1 (March) 2018, Dr. Susi Dwimulyani, MM Ak, CA has acted as Editor in Chief and R. Rosiyana Dewi SE Ak MSI CA as Managing Editor. JIPAK is a journal published 2 times in 1 year, namely January and July, which is published by the DIII Taxation Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, under the management of LPDS FEB and Trijurnal Trisakti. In 2019 JIPAK received the title of Science and Technology Index (SINTA) 3, from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education as a journal for publishing quality national and international scientific articles.

Since 2018, Jurnal Informasi, Perpajakan, Akuntansi, dan Keuangan Publik (JIPAK) the entire has been OJS-based. All back issues from 2006 to 2017 have been aired. Volume 13 No. 1 and 2 the Year 2018 have already done the process of submitting, reviewing, until the changing of the number of columns, from two columns into one column. JIPAK, volume 13 No.1 2018 have made many changes. First, to overcome plagiarism, the turnitin test is done with a maximum tolerance level of 25%. Secondly, it has been registered on doi and expressed to several indexing institutions ISJD and DOAJ.

Jurnal Informasi, Perpajakan, Akuntansi, dan Keuangan Publik (JIPAK) had published 5 articles in each edition, changes to the number of articles were made in Volume 16 No. 1 and 2 in 2021, the number of articles for each issue amounted to 8 articles so that in one year 16 articles were published.

Focus and Scope

Jurnal Informasi, Perpajakan, Akuntansi, dan Keuangan Publik (JIPAK) is a media for publishing articles and scientific works that have been reviewed. JIPAK is ready to receive manuscripts on any aspect related to Information System, Taxation, Accounting, and Public Financing.

JIPAK accepts articles original empirical (qualitative or quantitative) research, literature reviews, theoretical or methodological contributions, integrative reviews, meta-analyses, comparative or historical studies that meet the standards established for publication in the journal on the following topics:

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff. Those manuscripts will be evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership are sent to double-blind reviewers. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer’s recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted.

The Editor-in-Chief of JIPAK Journal has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published.

Publication decisions
The editor is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published.
The editor may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Fair play
An editor at any time evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.

The editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest
Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

Duties of Reviewers

Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and through the editorial communications with the author may also assist the author in improving the paper.

Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor and excuse himself from the review process.

Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.

Standards of Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

Acknowledgement of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.

Duties of Authors

Reporting standards
Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. Underlying data should be represented accurately in the paper. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

Originality and Plagiarism
The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication
An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

Acknowledgement of Sources
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.

Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.

The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
All authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.

Fundamental errors in published works
When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.

Each submitted article to JIPAK, must be free from plagiarism. We using Turnitin software to check that.


Reviewer/Editor Join

Prospective reviewers should have an interest and passion to improve the quality of journals, and have competence in accordance with the scope of scientific journals. Prospective reviewers contacts the editorial secretariat for registration on the journal website. In this case, the prospective reviewers should fill out the Form Call For Reviewer as the data of the role of the user in journal site. As proof of the paper and its competence, the prospective reviewer must provide the link address or URL of a scientific site, such asa Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Scopus etc.



Editor Responsibilities

The Editors reserve the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the above-mentioned guidelines. The author will be held responsible for false statements or failure to fulfill the above-mentioned guidelines. Editor has responsibility to check plagiarism with certain software

Publication Charge

Every article submitted to JIPAK is subject to an 'Article Processing Fee' of Rp 600.000 (Six Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

This includes submitting, peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full-text versions of the articles.


Copyright Notice

  • Journal publication right belongs to journal management with the author's knowledge, while moral publication right belongs to the author.
